Intro To Yoga
4 weeks, 1-2x/week | Beginner friendly personalized yoga instruction- any fitness level is welcome.
Each session will build on the skills leaned the previous week.
The focus will be on body awareness and learning the correct form of each pose.
Practice will be individualized to your body to correct any postural imbalances or pain! An at home sequence will be provided to you as well.
This program can be repeated multiple times- still keeping its progressive nature! 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, etc.
Sessions are 60 minutes each.
