What You’ll Get:
Two weekly in-person sessions (90 minutes each) where we combine power yoga and bodyweight training to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone—all while pushing past mental limits, burning calories and changing your body composition.
Two at-home workouts each week—one Yin-Yoga style session with deep, slow stretch holds to support recovery and nervous system regulation, and one cardio-focused workout to challenge your stamina and burn fat. Both are provided and easy to follow.
Daily accountability check-ins (especially on workout days), so you stay supported, seen, and on track—even when motivation dips.
A clear, holistic overview of your “diet”—not just food, but also the media you consume, the relationships you engage in, and the energy you allow into your life.
Ongoing guidance to restructure your inner and outer environment to match the version of you you're becoming—disciplined, boundaried, and aligned.
