BECOMING DISCIPLINED
You already know what you need to do.
Eat better. Move your body. Stop making excuses. Set boundaries. Show up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else.
You know all of this. The problem isn't information - it's execution.
You keep starting. You keep stopping. You negotiate with yourself every single day about whether today is the day you actually follow through or whether you'll start again on Monday.
Becoming Disciplined is 10 weeks of cutting through that bullshit. No more negotiating. No more "I'll do it tomorrow." Just you, the work, and someone holding you accountable when you'd rather quit.
This program is for you if:
You're sick of starting over every few months
You want to lose weight, build strength, and actually feel good in your body - permanently
You know what you should be doing but can't seem to stay consistent
You're stuck in cycles of self-sabotage and you're done with it
You're ready to take responsibility for your life instead of making excuses
You want structure, accountability, and someone who won't let you off the hook
What You Actually Get:
Weekly 90-minute in-person sessions for 10 weeks
Power yoga and bodyweight training to build real strength, endurance, and flexibility. Plus deep conversation about what else in your life needs to change - relationships, habits, boundaries, all of it. Sometimes we need more than one session per week in the beginning. If that's the case, it's included at no extra cost.
Personalized at-home routine with accountability
Yin yoga for nervous system regulation. Cardio. Power yoga practice. All designed for your actual body and where you're starting from. Tutorial videos provided. You do the work, I check in to make sure you're actually doing it.
Check-ins throughout the week
Especially on workout days. Because motivation is unreliable and you need someone who won't let you skip.
Holistic assessment of your "diet"
Not just food - the media you consume, the relationships you're in, the energy you allow into your life. We look at everything that's draining you and restructure it.
Homework exercises (optional but encouraged)
Reading, meditation, journaling, activities that push you past your comfort zone. The more you put in, the more you get out.
What's Required From You:
Show up. Even when you don't feel like it.
Follow the plan. Even when it's inconvenient.
Tell the truth. Especially to yourself.
Lean into the discomfort. That's where the growth is.
Be willing to become the version of yourself who actually lives the life you want instead of just talking about it.
Investment: $3,850
Payment plans available.
This isn't casual. You can find free workout videos on YouTube. You're not only paying for information - you're paying for the container that forces you to actually follow through. For the accountability. For someone who sees your patterns and calls them out before you sabotage yourself again.
Psychology is clear: when you invest significantly in something, you take it seriously. This is your investment in becoming the woman who finishes what she starts.
Ready?
Spots are limited. I work with a small number of clients at a time so everyone gets direct support and no place to hide.
If you're ready for real change - not just another restart - this is where it begins.
