This 60-90 minute session gives you a feel for how I work. We'll talk about what's going on, where you're stuck, and what you're trying to change. I'll assess which program would actually serve you - or if you're not ready yet.
You'll also experience a shortened version of the work: movement assessment, energy healing, or brief shadow work practice. Depends on what you need in the moment.
If you enroll in a program within 2 weeks, the $75 is credited toward your program price.
