I'm Kelsie- I run a small, private practice in Miamisburg, OH

I help the overachieving, people-pleasing, codependent, "has it all together on the outside but is a chaotic disaster on the inside" type women FINALLY get it together & feel in charge of their own life.

My method is based on Persephone’s transformation from maiden to Queen of the Underworld in Greek Mythology.

We’ll use somatic movement, shadow-work, and energetic healing to face the shit you’ve been hiding from, so that you can come out transformed.

  • I spent my twenties as a single mom in survival mode.

Codependent relationships with addicts. Barely scraping by financially. Constantly abandoning myself to keep everyone else okay. I know what it feels like to be powerless in your own life- to wake up one day and realize you've been living everyone else's version of who you should be.

The breaking point came when I realized I had two choices: stay stuck in those patterns, or do whatever it took to break free.

So I did the work. The uncomfortable, messy, often painful work of facing how I'd been complicit in my own limitations. I learned how my body was holding trauma, how my nervous system was stuck in hypervigilance, how the stories I told myself were keeping me small.

    And I rebuilt from there.

I've been teaching yoga and doing this work for almost a decade now. But my approach isn't just about movement- it's about the integration of body, mind, and energy.

It's about leaning into discomfort instead of running from it, because that's where real freedom lives.

I work with women who are done shrinking. Women who are tired of people-pleasing and feeling small in their own lives. Women ready to stop performing for everyone else and start taking back the reins of their own lives.

Through movement, nervous system work, energy healing, and shadow integration, we address the patterns locked in your body AND the narratives running your life. We transform the foundation.

I'm not here to hand-hold or sugar-coat things. I'm here to help you see the patterns you can't see yourself, face the uncomfortable truths, and actually do something about it.

If you're ready to stop being taken for granted and reclaim your power, let's talk.

Shoot me a message at vitallyaligned@gmail.com if you have specific questions about my programs or private sessions.

  • The Descent

Persephone didn't choose to go to the underworld. She was taken.

But what she found there - in the dark, away from everyone's expectations of who she should be - that's what transformed her into a queen.

You're not going to stumble into your power by accident. You have to go looking for it.

In the places you've been avoiding. The anger you've been suppressing. The parts of yourself that feel too big, too much, too dangerous to let out.

That's what The Descent is. 10 weeks of shadow work - deliberately going into what you've been running from your whole life and meeting it head-on.

Not to fix it. Not to make it pretty. But to reclaim the power that's been locked there this entire time.

We meet weekly for 90 minutes. Customized yoga, breathwork, somatic movement. Plus the real work - shadow integration exercises, journaling prompts, pattern recognition, deity meditations. We address the childhood wounds, the relationship patterns, the generational beliefs that are still running your life without your permission.

You'll learn how to regulate your nervous system so you're not constantly in fight-or-flight. You'll build boundaries that actually hold instead of collapsing the moment someone pushes back. You'll shift from people-pleasing to showing up as yourself - the version that doesn't apologize for taking up space.

This is for women who are done performing. Done abandoning themselves. Ready to reclaim their voice and their power.

  • Self-discipline, at its core, is a habit.

Anything that we repeat (practice) becomes easier. It becomes the path of least resistance.

If we’ve practiced slacking off, giving up, or quitting when things get hard, it will also take practice to train ourselves to do the opposite.

The reason some people make self-discipline look easy, is the same reason your yoga teacher makes certain poses look easy.

    Practice. Repetition.

It’s not that they were able to execute that advanced arm balance pose perfectly the very first time they attempted it.

It’s that you are seeing the result of (usually) HUNDREDS of repetitions. Hundreds of failures, but the discipline and resolve to keep trying.

It’s easy to make excuses. There are always sooo many external factors that you could blame for why you can’t.

Self-discipline recognizes those excuses for what they are- hurdles, not definitive truth.

Self-discipline is like a muscle, and you can train yours.

The structure that most of us who struggle with self-discipline were raised in, didn’t help us.

That’s another reason why it might feel more difficult to achieve.

Some adults have been able to witness & practice self-discipline since they were itty bitty kids.

Chances are, you weren’t one of them. It’s probably safe for me to assume that you didn’t have the best circumstances or role models.

It’s probably also safe to assume, that you have been in survival mode since before you can even remember.

Self-discipline requires delayed gratification AND the ability to think about your future self.

It requires making choices that feel hard in the moment, but actually make your future easier.

But, when you’re in survival mode, self discipline is WAY harder to practice. Survival mode forces us to look only at what is urgent and requires the least amount of effort, in order to conserve energy that you nervous system thinks it will need to handle the threat. When the “threat” is always present, you never get that chance to focus on anything except what is right in front of you. You can’t think about two years from now when you’re barely making it through the day.

Unfortunately, the time passes anyway. You wake up and two years have passed. Or an entire decade has passed. Your current life reflects the choices and habits that you’ve been practicing- consciously or unconsciously.

This is where I come in. I help you form and implement that habits that you need to practice to steer your trajectory in the direction that you want it.

I hold you accountable during that fragile window of habit formation that so many can’t get through on their own.

I give you the external boundary and consistency that your lacking, until you don’t need it anymore.

Until it becomes just a part of who you are.

We base our choices and actions on who we think we are- how we identify ourselves.

As we make better choices, and do harder things, we start seeing ourselves differently.

    This opens up endless possibilities.

Our internal narrative shifts from “I could never do something like that” to “Oh, I could totally do something like that.”

That’s when all the doors that were previously locked start to open for us. That’s when the chains that we’ve kept ourselves in start to break free. It all starts with a choice to take responsibility, forget the excuses, and make a new choice.

  • Becoming Disciplined

Look, you already know what you need to do. You've known for months, maybe years.

The problem isn't that you don't have the information. It's that you keep negotiating with yourself. Making excuses. Deciding "tomorrow" sounds better than today.

Becoming Disciplined is 10 weeks of accountability and structure so you actually follow through for once. No more bullshit. No more "I'll start Monday." Just you, showing up, doing the work, and watching your life change because of it.

We meet once a week for 90 minutes. Power yoga and bodyweight training to build real physical strength. But we also talk about everything else that's keeping you stuck - the patterns, the relationships, the habits you know aren't serving you.

You get a personalized at-home routine: yin yoga for when your nervous system is fried, cardio, and power yoga practice. All designed for your actual body and where you're starting from. I send you tutorial videos. You do the work.

I check in throughout the week - especially on workout days - because we both know motivation is unreliable. You need someone holding you accountable when you'd rather skip it.

We also look at your whole life, not just fitness. What you're consuming - food, media, relationships, all of it. Where you're leaking energy. What needs to change in your environment to support who you're trying to become.

This isn't a quick fix. It's 10 weeks of building discipline as an actual habit until it's just part of who you are.

“I've been seeing Kelsie for nearly two years now. I was focused on increasing mobility and flexibility when I met Kelsie. I have found that my body affects all other aspects of who I am, and vice versa -- Kelsie has been integral part of this current self-discovery journey. She meets me where I am at EVERY session, is constantly growing herself, and freely shares her knowledge and gifts.”

— Michelle

“Working with Kelsie was an amazing experience. We instantly connected upon meeting. She guided me on a 10 week journey in shadow work while incorporating yoga poses that worked well for my body. She was patient and kind while I turned (well attempted to) my body into a human pretzel 😊. Kelsie really held space for my heavy heart during my journey. I have experienced a lot of childhood trauma I held in my body that we worked through together. I would highly recommend her to anyone who desires getting to know themselves better. She will help you in creating a positive and loving relationship with yourself. She will not disappoint and you will have a friend for life.”

— Renée
