  • One weekly in-person session (approx. 90 minutes) for 10 weeks, where we combine power yoga and bodyweight training to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and muscle tone, for physical fitness. This session also covers the in-depth dialogue about what other areas in your life need to level up, and support to do so. Sometimes more than one weekly session is required in the beginning of the program. If that’s the case, they are included in the total cost of the program for no extra charge.

  • A completely personalized at-home routine- with the accountability, so you actually follow through. This includes one yin yoga style session with deep, slow stretch holds to support healing and nervous system regulation, one cardio-focused workout, and one power yoga routine that you’ll be practicing throughout the week. All of these are completely based on your posture and current fitness level. They are designed to restore balance to your body, reduce chronic pain that’s caused from those imbalances, and increase overall health and physical ability. Everything is provided and easy to follow, tutorial videos can be provided as well.

  • Accountability check-ins (especially on workout days), so you stay supported, seen, and on track, even when motivation dips.

  • A clear, holistic overview of your “diet” not just food, but also the media you consume, the relationships you engage in, and the energy you allow into your life.

  • Guidance to restructure your inner and outer environment to match the version of you you're becoming- disciplined and aligned.

  • “Homework” exercises that could involve reading, meditation, journal prompts, activities to push you past your fear, etc. These are optional but encouraged, and completely dependent on areas you’re wanting to grow in. The more you put into the program, the more you get out of it
